Floss sugar can include Calcium Silicate, a flowing agent necessary for cotton candy machines not found in regular sugar. The sweetening ingredient is actual cane sugar, not high fructose corn syrup. Floss sugar flavors are artificially derived, and unique colors come from consumable-safe sources.
